The Tuesday Coffee Club is our adults-only (16+) morning session running every Tuesday from 9:15am to 10:45am. Admission includes coffee, snacks, and skating. Your Coffee Club ticket also includes the 11am–2pm public session — a great way to start the week on ice.
The rink stays between 45 and 60 degrees year-round, so dress warm! Long pants, a long-sleeved shirt or sweatshirt, and gloves or mittens. The most important tip: wear ONE pair of thin, tall socks that extend above your ankle. Avoid short ankle socks and avoid doubling up — both cause blisters and make skating harder.

While we don’t offer walkers, we do offer free bucket skate aids in the Home Depot Bucket Section! These stack up to your belly button and offer great support to get you started with skating. They can be stacked to the perfect height, which forces you to skate with the proper stride. We have skates from child’s 6 to Adult size 15. We also offer double bladed skates for toddlers that strap to their closed toe shoes. Skates come in whole sizes only. Wheelchair users are welcome on the ice with paid admission. If needed you can be accompanied by an escort who will be able to walk with you in spikys or on skates (provided free of charge). Powered or non-powered wheelchairs can go on the ice if they can be safely operated. Guests in wheelchairs will need to enter and exit the ice through the ice resurfacer gate because it has a flat threshold. An Ice Factory teammate will be happy to assist you on and off the ice. For safety, we do not permit crutches or crutch types of devices to be used on the ice.
Yes we do. Visit our Birthday Parties page for more information. Walk in birthday parties (gifts, cake, etc) are not permitted without a booked party package.
