A Few Notes Before You Book:
Parties must be booked in advance (no walk-ins, no room rentals without a package)
Maximum of 20 skating children plus parent chaperones
No outside food or drinks allowed (except birthday cake or cupcakes)
To ensure a consistent party experience for our guests, parties that are not booked with us are not permitted to bring cake, decorations, balloons, etc. Tables may not be reserved

Private Ice Birthday Package is hosted on our Studio Rink during select times. Private skating package includes 1 hour of skating and 1 hour in the private party room.

Your child will be the talk of their neighborhood when you hold an unforgettable party at The Ice Factory! Host your next event on ice with us. We offer amazing games in our spacious rooms with fun activities, party coordination, and skating lesson provided by your dedicated party hero! On the ice enjoy interactive entertainment from our Live DJs who are providing music, games, and prizes while they mix it up to some awesome tunes! Every birthday child (age 6+) is put in a drawing to win an awesome ride on the Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine! As for the clean-up duty—we handle that too!
Frequently Asked Questions – Birthday Parties at The Ice Factory
- Our parties are perfect for kids ages 5 and up—especially those ready for a cool new adventure! With beginner skating lessons, free helmet use, and skating aids available, it’s a great first-time experience for any age.
Perfect! Most kids at our parties are beginners. Your Party Hero will provide skating aids (buckets), helmets, and patient instruction. We specialize in first-timers and make it fun, safe, and stress-free.
Think of your Party Hero as your child’s personal birthday sidekick—part coach, part entertainer, and full-on fun expert. They handle everything from skate help and lessons to leading games and serving up pizza, so you can actually relax and enjoy the day.
- Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch from our comfortable viewing areas or join on the ice with spikey rentals (so you can walk safely on the ice). Adult admission is separate if they want to skate or walk in spikeys.
- You can bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes with a booked party! However, outside food, drinks, are not permitted as we provide pizza, drinks, ice cream, and paper goods. For decorations, please advise our team in advance of what you intend to bring. Setup time is limited to 15 minutes. We do NOT allow items to be hung from the walls or ceiling. No balloon arches, pinatas, confetti or silly string.
Your party package includes 12 skating guests. Need more? You can add extra skaters for $20 each (up to 20 skaters max for the best experience).

If you cancel 30+ days out, we’ll refund your deposit minus a $25 admin fee
15–29 days out, we’ll refund the deposit minus $50
Within 14 days, cancellations aren’t permitted
Need to reschedule? No problem:
More than 14 days out = free to reschedule
Within 14 days = $10 reschedule fee
We wish we could give every birthday kid a Zamboni ride! All birthday children age 6 and up are entered into a drawing for a chance to ride during the session. It’s a fun bonus, but not a guarantee.
We suggest long socks, layers, and gloves or mittens for comfort. Helmets are optional but available at no extra charge for kids who want one.
Weekend spots fill up 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October-February). Book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time!

Birthday Party Policies at The Ice Factory
Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but don’t worry—we’ve got the party food covered! You’re welcome to bring birthday cake or cupcakes if you’ve booked one of our party packages.
Each party includes up to 12 skaters. For the best experience parties should limit the party size to 20 skaters plus parents. For everyone’s safety and the best experience, we kindly ask you to stick to this limit.
To reserve your party, we require a $125 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due at the end of your party.
You can book online, by phone, or in person—whichever works best for you. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to lock in your preferred time.
All guests (kids and adults) need to check in at the front desk before heading to the party room or rink.
We know things come up, so we try to be as flexible as possible while keeping things fair for all our guests:

30+ days out: Full refund minus a $25 admin fee
15–29 days out: Refund of deposit minus a $50 admin fee
Less than 14 days: Sorry, cancellations are not allowed within two weeks of the party
If You Need to Reschedule:
More than 14 days out: No rescheduling fee
Within 14 days of party date: $10 rescheduling fee applies

Fantastic party. They had so much extra entertainment other than “just skating” on the ice which kept everyone entertained. Loved the little section to the side which was for kids to learn how to skate. The party host was one of the most involved hosts I’ve had at any of my 4 kids birthday parties EVER. They provided us with our own party host Tianna that was amazing with the kids and played games with them in the party room and on the Ice and was with us from start to finish.
